Chef Ryan will show you how to create an attractive charcuterie board that includes a variety of meats, cheeses, and fruits. Then, enjoy three different wines that complement the charcuterie board while Rich Neumann explains each wine and how it pairs with the foods. Easter Rehearsal Dinner

Learn tips and tricks to take the stress out of feeding a crowd. Chef Ryan will demonstrate how to make a main course, immersive learning on prepping an appetizer, two sides and a dessert. Class will culminate in a family-style meal at the end.
108 Sun Salutations Yoga Practice at Food + Farm Exploration Center
Course Fee: $15 Day of the Event (Cash or Venmo); $5 from each ticket goes towards the lunch program at JFK Elementary School in Junction City.
You’ll be led through 108 series of poses called, “Sun Salutations” as a way to detox from winter and create new goals for the upcoming year. Class is open to all levels as modifications can be made and breaks can be taken.
