Discover why Wisconsin is recognized as the cranberry capital of the world! Join us at Food + Farm Exploration Center for an immersive, hands-on evening exploring one of our state’s most iconic focus crops during Cultivate + Create: Cranberries.
We’ll kick off the experience with an engaging presentation from the agricultural experts at Cranberry Learning, highlighting how Wisconsin cranberries are planted, flooded, harvested, and processed. The evening then moves to our state-of-the-art Kitchen Lab for expert-led culinary demonstrations showcasing fresh, frozen, dried, and canned cranberries in both sweet and savory dishes. Savor delicious paired appetizers, enjoy festive cranberry beverages, and build your own craft cranberry Moscow Mule!
Each participant will leave with recipe cards and a selection of cranberry products to recreate these festive dishes in their home kitchen.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Food + Farm Exploration Center is dedicated to cultivating curiosity and connecting our community to the people, focus crops, and agricultural innovations behind what we eat and drink.
