Corks & Crisp Air: A Seasonal Wine & Crafting Experience
Celebrate the crisp autumn season with an afternoon of cozy pairings, hands-on crafting, and rich fall flavors! Join us at Food + Farm Exploration Center for Corks & Crisp Air, where we’ll pair seven featured wines with your favorite nostalgic fall treats—from rich pumpkin bread and decadent s’mores to warm apple cider donuts and classic candy corn.
Throughout the tasting, wine expert David from Left Bank Wine will guide you through each pour, sharing insights, tasting notes, and story-driven details behind every bottle. You'll also learn how production agriculture, climate, and soil shape unique wine profiles and autumn harvests. In addition to the guided tasting, participants will create a rustic DIY cork pumpkin to take home as seasonal decor!
All featured wines presented during the tasting will be available for order so you can bring your favorite bottles home for your holiday celebrations. Weather permitting, this event will be held outdoors on our Observation Deck balcony overlooking the grounds with cozy heaters if needed. In the event of cold or inclement weather, the experience will move inside to the Ag Grand Hall.

Wine & Ag Insights: Learn story-driven tasting notes from Left Bank Wine expert David while exploring the agricultural journey from vineyard to glass.
DIY Cork Pumpkin Workshop: Craft your own rustic cork pumpkin to take home using all provided materials and step-by-step instruction.
Wine Ordering Opportunity: Order bottles of your favorite featured wines directly at the event to stock up for the holiday season.
Full Center Access: Your registration includes full exhibit admission to explore Food + Farm Exploration Center after the guided program concludes.

Age Requirement: All attendees must be 21 years of age or older. Please bring a valid photo ID for check-in.
Weather & Location: This event is planned for our outdoor Observation Deck balcony weather permitting. Please dress comfortably for outdoor conditions. In case of cold or rain, the event will move inside to the Ag Grand Hall.
