Discover how innovation and modern machines help Wisconsin farmers grow crops, care for livestock, and produce food more efficiently and sustainably! Join us at Food + Farm Exploration Center on Wednesday, December 2, for our hands-on Homeschool Workshop: Innovation and Machines.
Through interactive activities and engaging engineering challenges, homeschool students will explore the cutting-edge technology, tools, and creative problem-solving shaping the future of modern agriculture. Learners will connect STEM concepts directly to real-world farming equipment—seeing how automation, robotics, and smart machinery help produce the food on our tables. A snack will be provided during class to keep young minds energized!
To provide an optimal, age-appropriate learning experience, students will be split into two separate track groups: Ages 6–8 and Ages 9–12.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Food + Farm Exploration Center provides hands-on STEM education that connects students to the food they eat and the innovative farmers who grow it.
