Join us at Food + Farm Exploration Center for an engaging wine tasting workshop presented in partnership with Mid-State Technical College. As the most popular white wine in the United States, Chardonnay exhibits dramatic style differences depending on where and how it is crafted. You will explore oak-aged versus un-oaked profiles and contrast domestic favorites from California and Oregon with classic international expressions from France (including White Burgundy and crisp Chablis) and Portugal—each paired with appropriate cheeses.
