Wine Tasting and Charcuterie Masterclass with MSTC

Elevate your entertaining skills with a hands-on evening of board styling and wine pairing! Join us at Food + Farm Exploration Center for an interactive workshop presented in partnership with Mid-State Technical College. Chef Ryan will demonstrate how to assemble an attractive, balanced charcuterie board featuring a variety of meats, specialty cheeses, and fresh fruits. Sip on a welcome glass of house Chardonnay or Cabernet Sauvignon while you learn, then taste three featured wines as instructor Rich Neumann explains the science and culinary principles behind why each pour complements specific items on the board.

  • Includes: Welcome wine, charcuterie board instruction, food sampling, + 3 guided wine pairings (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot) 

  • Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older to participate
