Join us at Food + Farm Exploration Center for an engaging cooking workshop presented in partnership with Mid-State Technical College. You’ll learn how to whip up a nourishing, comforting bowl of soup in under 30 minutes. In this hands-on class, you’ll master two takeout staples: Classic Egg Drop Soup and Hot & Sour Egg Drop Soup. Not only are these dishes packed with hydration and nutrition, but making them at home lets you slash sodium and load them up with fresh, hearty vegetables while exploring unique, essential ingredients of Chinese cuisine.
