In our final December workshop of the year, Chef Davey will teach you how to master Lyonnaise Potatoes—a classic French culinary preparation featuring tender, golden potato coins tossed with rich, deeply caramelized onions and fresh herbs. Hands-On Culinary Learning: Learn essential culinary techniques for perfectly slicing potatoes, achieving rich caramelization on onions, and balancing flavors for a restaurant-quality holiday side dish.
Community Seating: Reserved tables are not available. You'll seat yourself, so please plan accordingly if attending with a group!
