Hop in line at our build-your-own buffet where you'll grab your pancake body, wings, and face (complete with a waddle).head to your table to decorate and customize your creation using fresh fruit, candy corn beaks, pretzel stick feet, and local maple syrup. Come celebrate Wisconsin commodities in a delicious and creative way, then enjoy your edible masterpiece!

Includes: One meal-sized pancake turkey with a buffet of toppings (fruit, candy corn, pretzels, maple syrup, and more) to use to create your turkey!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Build-Your-Own Pancake Turkey: Walk through our buffet line to gather your pancake base, wings, and face, then head to your table to assemble your creation.
Wisconsin Ag & Ingredient Spotlight: Tables feature fun educational info highlighting local focus crops, including potatoes from Top Tier Ingredients, cranberries, and beets.
Festive Toppings & Treats: Decorate your turkey with fresh fruit feathers, candy corn beaks, pretzel stick feet, butter, and local maple syrup.
Fun Holiday Social: A relaxed, joyful edible activity for families on school break (no formal cooking instruction required).
Note: We have a session from 9:00 – 10:00 AM. You can purchase those tickets using the link above if you prefer.
GOOD TO KNOW
Supervision & Tickets: This is a family-centered social event. Parents and guardians must attend alongside their children, and every individual attending must purchase a ticket ($15 per person).
Seating: Seating is communal and open; seating together with large groups is not guaranteed.
Allergen Information: Contains wheat, milk, and soy.
Café Perks: While your turkey creation serves as a fun edible activity, additional breakfast beverages (like coffee, juice, or specialty drinks) can be purchased separately at our on-site Colorful Plate Café.
