Meet the Team: Mike Bicanic
Mike Bicanic has joined the Food + Farm Exploration Center team as the Grounds and Maintenance Manager. Bicanic will manage the maintenance of the entire facility and the teaching fields outside.
He is excited to be involved in a movement to bring people back to the earth and teach all people how we can feed the world.
Bicanic earned his Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management with a Specialization in Law Enforcement from UW-Stevens Point.
Mike and his wife have built two profitable micro-farms (or homesteads) in the last decade to support and teach our families where our food comes from, how farmers can heal the land, and to be a part of something greater than themselves. He finds great joy in working his homestead and mentoring his children in their interests.
