Meet the Team: Grace Harbridge
Grace Harbridge has joined the Food + Farm Exploration Center team as the Colorful Plate Café Manager. She joins the team with experience as the Chef at Masgay restaurants managing the kitchens at Mikey’s in Plover and Tine & Cellar in Weston.
Harbridge’s role will be to serve customers locally sourced, healthy food. The café will also feature craft espresso drinks, using and promoting local coffee roasteries. She is excited “to focus on farm to table food and craft coffee.”
Grace enjoys spending time with her animals, friends and family. In her free time, she spends it gardening, crafting, and checking out new restaurants.
