Participants will cover more in depth the characteristics of Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, and Syrah. Five wines tasted: Gewurztraminer, Unoaked Chardonnay, Chianti, Syrah, and Petit Sirah. This class is taught by Richard Neumann.
