Participants will create a beautiful charcuterie board using local cheese and meat selections, as well as all the accompaniments and garnishes needed. Learn tips and pointers on different cutting techniques and the right tools to use. Charcuterie board is included in the price. The class will feature:
Creamy horseradish butter
Sweet candied nuts
Cranberry jalapeño relish
Techniques and designs of cheese and meats
This class is presented in partnership between Mid-State Technical College and the Food + Farm Exploration Center.
