Fall’s cooler temperatures bring to mind warm cozy meals with soup, autumn vegetables, and pumpkin spice. You will learn to create a delicious meal that checks all those boxes and is easy and full of good-for-you local produce. The dishes in this class include:
Easy cheesy potato soup with toppers
Simple roasted pork tenderloin with cran-mustard sauce
Shaved brussel sprout, apple, and onion stir fry
Roasted sweet potato and spice fudge brownies
This class is presented in partnership between Mid-State Technical College and the Food + Farm Exploration Center.
