The Journey of French Fries

This activity is designed to introduce students to the supply chain. They will learn of the journey a potato takes from the farm to become french fries at a retail restaurant. Additionally, students will use critical reading skills to answer questions related to the logistics of the journey and use mathematical skills to determine logistics of shipping.
