Learn how to make different recipes with our very own Wisconsin potatoes grown on the Food + Farm Exploration Center. In this class you will create beautiful dishes that will be a hit at your next family gathering. You will also learn different types of potatoes and how to cook with them, including:
Supper club style twice baked potatoes
Tasty traditional potatoes O’Brien
Oven braised potato fondant
This class is presented in partnership between Mid-State Technical College and the Food + Farm Exploration Center.
