The crops in our demonstration fields are ready. We invite the community to come to pick snap beans, peas, and potatoes.* BYOB - Bring Your Own Bucket (pail, bag, basket, hod, etc.).
Dates/Time: Saturday, August 26th from 8am-Noon.**
Location: Food + Farm Exploration Center – 3400 Innovation Drive, Plover, WI (Map below)
What to Bring: Bring Your Own Bucket (pail, bag, basket, hod, etc.) No wheelbarrows or shovels please.
Staff will be on site to assist and answer questions.
Pick your own snap beans and peas. Potatoes will be pre-dug and laid on the ground for collection.
Dress for the weather and to be in the fields.
Restroom facilities will be available.
Signage will direct you to the F+FEC and to the fields.
Donations are welcome to support our education program.
