Uncover the bold, expressive flavors of Syrah, Petit Sirah, and world-renowned French Rhône wines without leaving Central Wisconsin! Join us at Food + Farm Exploration Center for an engaging culinary wine workshop presented in partnership with Mid-State Technical College. You will learn the fundamentals of wine tasting while comparing the regional nuances, grape characteristics, and terroir that set these distinctive varietals apart—from California and Australia to France's famous Châteauneuf-du-Pape region. Every pour will be expertly paired with complementary cheeses to enhance and balance each flavor profile.
