Sip, Savor, and Learn the Profiles of the Season
Celebrate the arrival of the season with a fun and flavorful evening in our state-of-the-art Kitchen Lab. Food + Farm Exploration Center is proud to partner with Mid-State Technical College to present an interactive wine-tasting workshop designed to elevate your summer entertaining.
Led by expert instructor Richard Neumann, you will explore the distinct characteristics, flavor profiles, and histories of five popular summer wines. Whether you are looking to expand your wine knowledge or simply enjoy a fantastic evening out in Plover, Wisconsin, this hands-on pairing event offers the perfect blend of education and culinary enjoyment.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Curated Wine Flight: Taste and learn about five distinct summer wines, carefully selected to represent diverse global regions: a crisp New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, a refreshing Italian Pinot Grigio, a vibrant Australian Chardonnay, a bright California Rosé, and a smooth California or Oregon Pinot Noir.
Culinary Pairing: Enjoy delicious freshly baked flatbread designed to complement and enhance the flavor profiles of each wine poured during the session.
Expert Instruction: Gain practical tips on wine tasting, understanding flavor structures, and selecting the perfect bottles for your own backyard summer gatherings.
