Time to usher in the warm weather and the familiar flavors of spring. Participants will be working in a group and taking home a portion of each dessert. Learn some baking basics and make these easy and delicious desserts:
Strawberry cheesecake trifle
Rhubarb upside down crumble cake
Lemony blueberry scones
This class is presented in partnership between Mid-State Technical College and the Food + Farm Exploration Center.
