As summer is approaching, learn to make healthy salads with homemade dressing and sides. Enjoy seasonal flavors with simple techniques learned in this course. Take your dish that you made home with you. This class will feature:
Zesty wilted spinach salad
Grilled black and blue romaine salad
Classic American potato salad
This class is presented in partnership between Mid-State Technical College and the Food + Farm Exploration Center.
