Spud of the Month: Potato Knish

  • Food + Farm Exploration Center 3400 Innovation Drive Plover, WI 54467 USA (map)

Enjoy a special series to celebrate the potato! Chef Davey will lead a cooking demo with a new recipe each month for you to taste test along with other tasty snacks and a delightful potato vodka cocktail (or mocktail). Bring your own recipes and connect with your local foodies. Attend multiple events to be entered to win a potato-themed gift basket!

This month, you’ll learn how to make Potato Knish. A portable pie of Eastern European origin popular in New York City. Traditionally thought of as a snack, but makes a great side dish!
