Potato Growing Workshop: From Field to Backyard

Master the Science of a Successful Harvest

Ever wonder how Wisconsin’s large-scale potato growers produce such high-quality, high-yield crops? Join us in the Greenhouse at Food + Farm Exploration Center for an interactive workshop that brings professional farming techniques to your home garden. This experience is designed to be flexible—the hands-on portion takes about 20–30 minutes, allowing you to arrive anytime during our workshop window to start your planting journey.

You’ll walk away with more than just a plant; you’ll gain the "field-to-fork" knowledge used by experts to prevent disease and maximize productivity. Your registration also includes full General Admission to the Center, making it the perfect start to a day of discovery.
