Learn to make two classic appetizers in this hands-on culinary workshop! In this class, you’ll prepare a dozen Hmong-style eggrolls - crispy, flavorful, and filled with seasoned vegetables and protein - while mastering proper rolling and frying techniques. You’ll also make crispy crab Rangoon with creamy, savory filling and perfectly golden wrappers. This class is taught by Malia Xiong.
