Spud of the Month: African Potato Fufu

Enjoy a special series to celebrate the potato! Chef Davey will lead a cooking demo with a new recipe each month for you to taste test along with other tasty snacks and a delightful potato vodka cocktail (or mocktail). Bring your own recipes and connect with your local foodies. This social club will take place the first Friday of every month. Attend multiple events to be entered to win a potato-themed gift basket!

This month, you’ll learn how to make African Potato Fufu. This stretchy-doughy African staple, traditionally made with yucca root, is the perfect vehicle for savory stews.
