Culinary Skills Series & Knife Skills Class with MSTC

In this three-part series participants will learn how to properly handle, use, and care for a chef’s knife, learn the basics of sauce making, and sauté different meats. You will receive demonstrations along with taste testing. This series is taught by Ryan Petrouske.

This series includes:

  • Knife Skills (April 17, 5-7pm)

  • Homemade Sauces (May 1, 5-7pm)

  • Sauté Meat Tenderizing (May 22, 5-7pm)

This Knife Skills class on April 17th is the first class of this Culinary Skills Series. In this class, you will learn how to properly handle, use, and care for a chef knife. Participants will be able to take the food products they work with home after class.
