Why should adults have all the fun with charcuterie boards? Younger cooks in the kitchen will learn how to make a fun snack board with a real holiday spin that will keep everyone in the spirit. Learn some kitchen safety basics as well as how to feel confident using all different tools and ingredients. Snacks in this class include:
Grinch fruit kabobs with creamsicle dip
Cheesy Rudolph celery snacks
Crescent roll Christmas trees
Candy cane marshmallow pops
This class is presented in partnership between Mid-State Technical College and the Food + Farm Exploration Center.
