Experience the bold and flavorful cuisine of Southeast Asia in this hands-on culinary class featuring the Hmong-style stuffed chicken wing—a delicious dish that’s crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor inside. Under the guidance of our chef instructor, you’ll learn how to carefully debone chicken wings and fill them with a seasoned mixture of glass noodles, herbs, and vegetables before frying or baking them to perfection. This class is taught by Malia Xiong.
