Learn tips and tricks to take the stress out of feeding a crowd. Chef Ryan will demonstrate how to make a main course, immersive learning on prepping an appetizer, two sides and a dessert. Class will culminate in a family-style meal at the end.
This class is presented in partnership between Mid-State Technical College and the Food + Farm Exploration Center.
