108 Sun Salutations to celebrate the spring equinox. This class symbolizes new beginnings as we embrace spring, appreciate the longer days and prepare to plant seeds and our intentions. The number 108 is significant and sacred for many reasons, in many places around the world. You’ll be led through 108 series of poses called, “Sun Salutations” as a way to detox from winter and create new goals for the upcoming year.

Class is open to all levels as modifications can be made and breaks can be taken.

9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

Course Fee: $15 Day of the Event (Cash or Venmo); $5 from each ticket goes towards the lunch program at JFK Elementary School in Junction City.
