Chinese Stir-Fry Classics Join us in the fun hands-on class where you will learn different stir-fry dishes along with using sweet, sour, spicy, and savory flavors. Get to know your way around a wok and try your hand at everything from stir-frying to slicing vegetables. At the end of class, you will sample your tasty creations and look forward to making it again at home. This class is taught by Malia Xiong.
