Wine and Cheese Pairings MSTC Class

Learn the basics of wine, wine tasting, wine and food pairing, and how to purchase a good bottle of affordable wine with confidence all while having fun. We will explore how wine is made, characteristics of red, white, and rose wines, basic wine terms, and how to taste wine. We will enjoy a cheese pairing with the following wines: Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Rose. All participants will receive a wine glass to keep. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate in the wine tastings. This class is taught by Richard Neumann.
