Have fun learning to prepare flatbread pizza and then enjoy perfectly paired wines that complement the dish. Learners will make two styles of flatbread and enjoy them with four different wines: a Chardonnay from California, a Rosé from France, a Rioja from Spain, and a Chianti from Italy.
This class is presented in partnership between Mid-State Technical College and the Food + Farm Exploration Center.
