Participants in this class will make an appetizer and dessert that consist of a number of components layered artfully in a small glass. Wow your guests at your next event with the latest trend in artful appetizers!

*Appetizer glasses will be provided for you to take home and enjoy.

This class is presented in partnership between Mid-State Technical College and the Food + Farm Exploration Center.
