Step outside the glass of your everyday Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio and explore the extraordinary world of lesser-known white wines. Food + Farm Exploration Center, in partnership with Mid-State Technical College, invites you to an exclusive tasting journey through some of the globe's most distinctive and underappreciated white wine varieties.
Under the guidance of instructor Richard Neumann, you will taste and contrast a handpicked selection of exceptional wines known for their unique aromas, peach notes, and crisp finishes. To deliver the ultimate tasting experience, each pour will be thoughtfully paired with artisanal cheeses that highlight the wine's unique regional qualities.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Global Wine Flight: Sip and analyze five unique white wine varieties from renowned growing regions: an aromatic Argentinian Torrontes, a rich South African Viognier, a complex French Chenin Blanc, a classic French Roussanne, and a vibrant California Vermentino & Grenache Blanc Blend.
Artisanal Cheese Pairings: Experience the science of food pairing firsthand as you sample structural differences enhanced by curated cheese selections. (Please note: Due to availability, comparable artisanal wines may be substituted by the instructor).
Exclusive Takeaway: Every participant will receive a premium wine glass to take home to remember their global tasting journey.
