Are you a fan of Thai food? In this class, we will be cooking a creamy Thai red curry dish with freshly steamed jasmine white rice. We will also be doing a taste test of a variety of Thai red curry pastes to see which brand suits your palate. Join us in learning about Thai cuisine and explore ingredients commonly found in Southeast Asia. This class is taught by Malia Xiong.
