Professional Development: Agricultural Education for Teachers
Connecting the Classroom to the Community
Agriculture is a primary driver of the Wisconsin economy and is found everywhere around us—from the technology in our fields to the food on our dinner tables. Join Food + Farm Exploration Center for a special professional development experience designed to help teachers of all grades illustrate the processes involved in modern food production.
This immersive day of learning will feature hands-on activities that you can take directly back to your classroom. Use the knowledge you gain to help your students connect their daily lessons to real-world situations, innovations, and local career pathways.
