Celebrate the potato in a whole new way!
Join us for our Spud of the Month (SOTM) cooking class series led by Chef Davey. Each month, you’ll learn a new recipe featuring Wisconsin’s favorite tuber—plus enjoy snacks and a signature potato vodka cocktail (or mocktail). Bring your favorite recipes, connect with local foodies, and experience the fun of cooking together in this unique social club while you discover new ways to cook with Wisconsin Potatoes—one spud at a time!
Embrace the crisp autumn air with a cozy, flavorful bowl of Pumpkin Potato Curry Soup! In our October class, Chef Davey will guide you through combining rich pumpkin, velvety Wisconsin potatoes, and warm aromatic curry spices into a smooth, soul-warming seasonal dish that is his own recipe. Perfect for fall dinner parties or a comforting weeknight meal!
