Learn how to safely make a jar of crispy refrigerator pickles. If you’re curious about food preservations, this is your gateway into canning. Participants will leave with a freshly made jar of pickled cucumbers. We will go over sourcing produce in central Wisconsin, prepping produce, making your own jar of refrigerated pickles, and any other questions you may have. Class taught by Melissa Haack.
