• Mashed Potatoes: Homemade roasted garlic mashed potatoes as a side dish or on their own at the Colorful Plate Café. Upgrade to loaded with bacon bits, cheddar cheese and green onions. Available Tuesday October 15th through Saturday October 19th.

• Learn how to make Mashed Potato Candy! Visit between 11am-2pm and visit Chef Davey in the Kitchen Lab. Included with general admission and FREE for members. Nut-free, gluten-free & dairy-free options available.

No ticket purchase required to celebrate these specials with us but exploring the exhibits would be the perfect way to learn how those delicious treats make it from tubers to table.
