Margherita Flatbread and Summer Wine

Have fun learning about four summer wines (three white and one rose) while enjoying margherita flatbread with these wines. The four summer wines we will enjoy are a Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Chenin Blanc, and a Rose.

*Included in the class: Wine glass, instruction on how to make your own margherita flatbread and sampling it with four different summer wines.

This class is presented in partnership between Mid-State Technical College and the Food + Farm Exploration Center.
