Master the most important tool in the kitchen - your knife! In this hands-on culinary workshop, you’ll learn proper knife handling, cutting techniques, and safety practices that will make your prep work faster, safer, and more enjoyable. Under the guidance of our chef instructor, you’ll practice classic cuts such as dice, julienne, chiffonade, and mince using a variety of fresh ingredients. Chef knife included in the price of the class. This class is taught by Ryan Petrouske.
