Introduction to Wine MSTC Class

Learn the basics of wine, wine tasting, wine and food pairing, and how to purchase a bottle of wine with confidence all while having fun. This class will cover how wine is made, characteristics of red, white, and rose wines, basic wine terms, and how to taste wine. Wine tasting along with the appropriate cheese pairing will be two white wines, Riesling and Chardonnay, one Rose wine, and two red wines, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. This class is taught by Richard Neumann.
