Introduction to White and Red Wines MSTC Class

Participants will learn how to read a wine label, the meaning of vintage, varietal, new world and old-world wines. Wine tasting along with the appropriate cheese pairing will be three white wines, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Grigio, and two red wines, Zinfandel, and Merlot. This class is taught by Richard Neumann.
