Participants will enjoy a house Chardonnay or Cabernet Sauvignon while learning about delicious and easy to prepare holiday appetizers. Learn how to make a delicious cheese ball, smoked salmon and caper dill spread crackers, and chocolate strawberry croissants. We will then discuss and demonstrate how to pair each appetizer with an appropriate wine to enjoy while tasting the appetizers. This course is taught by Ryan Petrouske and Richard Neumann.
