Join us in learning about Hmong cuisine and craft in preparing the delicacy of egg rolls. The best part is you get to make your own batch and eat them after cooking or take them home to enjoy!
Participants will get the choice to make pork or veggie egg rolls.
This class is presented in partnership between Mid-State Technical College and the Food + Farm Exploration Center.
