Discover your new autumn favorites without leaving Central Wisconsin! In this cozy seasonal wine tasting class hosted at Food + Farm Exploration Center in partnership with Mid-State Technical College, participants will explore five popular fall varietals and blends from premier global wine regions. Learn the tasting notes, body profiles, and production stories behind a Chilean Chardonnay, Lodi Pinot Noir, Spanish Merlot, French Rhône, and an Argentinean Cabernet Sauvignon/Franc and Malbec blend. All wines will be paired with carefully selected cheeses.
