Looking for recipes for a dinner in? Join us for this two-hour class where you will learn from our chef how to prepare a delightful three course meal. You will then be able to sit down and enjoy your meal prepared for you around our table at the Food + Farm Exploration Center. Dishes in this class include:
Pan seared airline chicken breast
Creamy parsnip puree
Sweet candied carrots
Roasted butternut squash soup
Grasshopper cheesecake
This class is presented in partnership between Mid-State Technical College and the Food + Farm Exploration Center.
