Warm up this winter with a delicious evening dedicated to chowder. In this hands-off, demonstration-style cooking class, participants will explore the techniques, ingredients, and cultural roots behind several beloved chowder styles.
Throughout the evening, you’ll enjoy tasting samples of four distinctive chowders—each highlighting regional flavors and culinary traditions—while learning tips you can apply in your own kitchen. Beer and wine will be available for purchase, and recipe cards for each chowder are included so you can recreate your favorites at home.
