Have fun learning to prepare a charcuterie board and then enjoy three wines that complement your creation. Chef Ryan will show you how to create an attractive charcuterie board that includes a variety of meats, cheeses, and fruits. You’ll then enjoy three different wines that complement the charcuterie board while Rich Neumann explains each wine and how it pairs with the foods. Wines sampled will be a Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and a Merlot. Must be 21 or older to enjoy the wine. Participants will receive a wine glass and a charcuterie board to take home.
